THE RESULTS OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF THE CHRONIC PANCREATITIS PATIENTS WITH CARBOHYDRATE EXCHANGE INFRINGEMENT

Abstract
The chronic pancreatitis remains an actual problem of modern surgery. In spite of modern achievements, there is rather high percent of complications, in particular pancreatogenic diabetes. The analysis of surgical treatment of 89 chronic pancreatitis patients is given. Duly made correction of the intraduct hypertensia allows to stop or slow down the development of such complication, as the pancreatogenic diabetes.
