Abstract

On the base of the chromatographic and UV- spectral studies results in the fruits of four North American group hawthorns forms, cultivated in Russia, hydroxycinnamic acids are identified: chlorogenic, neochlorogenic, coffee, and also flavonoids: hiperoside, bioquercetin and vitexine. By the methods of spectrophotometry and chromatospectrophotometry the quantitative content of flavonoids in the fruits of investigated forms was determined.
