Abstract
Experimental research of endothelio- and cardioprotective effects of fosfogliv preparation (capsule) and fosfogliv preparation (liofilizat) at the L-NAME-induced deficiency of nitrogen oxyde have been carried out. With the help of complex of physiological methods were achieved results specifying on distinct endothelio- and cardioprotective action of fosfogliv preparation (capsule) and fosfogliv preparation (liofilizat) received on the nanotechnologies basis. The present research allows to recommend these preparations to wide clinical studying.
