THE PATIENTS' EVALUATION OF THE RENDERED DENTAL HEALTH SERVICE IN THE BASE DENTAL CLINIC (according to the data of a public opinion poll)

For the purpose of studying the quality of dental health service and determining the ways to improve its level in the base dental clinic, an anonymous public opinion poll among 204 patients, who addressed to the clinic, was carried out. As a result, it detected rather a high level of technological equipment of the institution, the medical personnel's professionalism and rather a high level of the quality of rendered services in conformity with its cost.
