Abstract
During the period 1997 - 2007 in Ryazan regional hospital 27 patients suffered from rectal endometriosis were operated by laparoscopic technic. In 18 patients endometrioid center was removed without opening of rectal lumen, in 6 anterior resection of the rectum was done. There were no lethal ends and no early postoperative complications
