The urgency of increase of the efficiency of the dispensary account in establishments of an out-patient - polyclinic link is shown. New registration forms with a view of perfection of the statistical account of the dispensary supervision are offered. It promotes the improvement of interaction of narrow experts and local therapists of a territorial polyclinic and allows to define a priority of prophylactic medical examination on the nosology for the concrete patient.
