Abstract
The Digital Certificate is required to secure electronic transactions. This research proposes an approach to assess Thai Certificate Authority using public information readily available to customers. The assessment is based on standards, relevant legislation and consumers' satisfaction to the received information. Consumers can use this to assess service on their own.
