Peyronie's disease - is a local idiopathic fibrosis developing in the tunica of the penis, which subsequently leads to a curvature of the penis and sexual dysfunction. Therapy is conducted in the chronic stage, or stage of the stabilization process, especially when there are signs of calcification plaques, found to be ineffective.
