Abstract
A growing number of academic institutions are increasingly interested in collecting and preserving digital content for research, teaching, and learning at their institutions. Numerous digital repository software packages exist for the purpose. However, building a successful digital repository requires strategies for digital content management. This paper aims to provide a framework for developing an EPrints repository. It first describes the background and features of EPrints and then discusses a framework for developing an EPrints repository at the University of the Thai chamber of commerce (UTCC). Such framework includes repository branding, repository management, and repository launching.
