METHODOLOGICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL BASES OF DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AS A PRIORITY SUBSYSTEM OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SPHERE OF REGION

Methodological and methodical bases of creation of medico-social of insurance cluster are considered by in the article. The integration action of sectors of the economy and social sphere to improve the health of workers of the economically active working age (workers of metallurgical and mining enterprises) is substantiated. The region is considered as an organized and structured socio-economic system. The development of this system is based on the optimal linkages between priority sectors.
