EFFECTS OF STATINES ON ACTIVITY OF LYSOSOMAL HYDROLASES IN ALLOXAN DIABETES

Abstract
Paper shows that alloxan diabetes in rats increases nonsedimenteted activity of lysosomal hydrolases in liver, myocardium and skeletal muscle, but decreases nonsedimenteted activity of them. Lovastatin and simvastatin cause decreases of expressiveness of these processes in rats with alloxan diabetes
