ADOLESCENT PREGNANCY AND BIRTH ? OPTIMIZATION OF OBSTETRIC MANAGEMENT

Abstract
This article presents the problem of pregnancy of minors. As a result of the undertaken study it was established that pregnancy and birth complications as well as newborn distress for minor mothers are typically higher than for women of optimal reproductive age. Recommendations concerning optimization of obstetric care for young women are presented.
