Abstract
The article presents a comparative medico-social characteristics of pensioners living at home and in the boarding house. The analysis of age structure, education level, place of work and specialty until retirement, the presence of contacts with occupational hazards was carried out. We studied the living conditions, financial status, the presence of disability, the reasons for staying at a boarding house, an assessment of relations with relatives.
