ANALYSIS OF THE EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF THROMBOLYTIC THERAPY OF ACTILYSE IN PATIENTS ELDERLY AND SENILE AGE WITH MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION WITH ST-SEGMENT ELEVATION

The results present the research of parameters of the efficacy and safety of thrombolytic therapy (TLT) actilyse in 95 patients with myocardial infarction, depending on age. Observed increase in 28-day mortality and incidence of undesirable effects in individuals TLT older age groups. Peculiarities of reperfusion arrhythmias and conduction in the TLT aktilyse patients were 75 years and older, the prevalence of AV-blockade and ventricular exstrasystols.
