Abstract
Objective. To study interactive structural changes of vascular wall at experimental modeling thrombosis of the inferior cava vein system deep veins. Thrombosis caused by ligation of external iliac vein and injection of thrombin (40 /kg) into femoral vein. At the outset thrombotic process causes local destruction of endotheliocytes plasmolemma and karyolemma. Clot compressive effect upon veinous wall blocks severe and rapid endothelium swelling. At 30-th min leucocytes appear in peripheral parts of clot and along the vein intima. Transendothelial leucocytes migration appears on the 60-th min, that more severe increase the endothelium damage and, as result, focal desquamation of these cells. By the 12-24 hours increase of collagen and elastic fibers was distinct registered in the intima.
