Abstract

The article shows the results of endoscopic and morphological studies of pathology of the upper gastrointestinal tract (GIT) in 174 patients of both sexes with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS), leptospirosis and tularemia. The high frequency of erosive and ulcerative and hemorrhagic changes in the gastrointestinal mucosa due to deep microcirculatory disorders. We found that changes of mucosa interrelated with leading clinical and laboratory parameters, severity and time of occurrence of the underlying disease. We considered variants of gastrointestinal pathology in connection with abdominal syndrome. The study showed associating defined erosive and ulcerative lesions of gastric and duodenal ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection. We have established the optimal time for endoscopic examination - this is the first day of hospitalization. This allows you to quickly identify the erosive ulcerous pathology until complications carry out, to hold adequate correction of treatment and reduce the risk of bleeding, which greatly improves the prognosis of the disease.
