СТАНОВЛЕНИЕ И РАЗВИТИЕ ПУБЛИЧНОЙ ДИПЛОМАТИИ СУВЕРЕННОГО КАЗАХСТАНА

This article observes the process of establishing of public diplomacy in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Today there are many different trends and qualifi cations of concep- tion of public diplomacy. The author submits own view of formation and development of public diplomacy in Kazakhstan beginning since 1991 and fi nds out the nature of public di- plomacy, its transformation which can see through dynamics by means of the standard and legal base and practical actions promoting adoption of these or those documents. Besides, the author came to conclusion that any international relationship of the Republic of Kazakh- stan in independence of fi elds of activity has direct or indirect relation to public diplomacy, as to one of the operating instruments of realization of national interests of foreign policy of the country.
