Abstract
This article explains the essence and structure of students’ adaptive learning. Adaptive learning is treated as a major mechanism of competence, personality-oriented learning based on the interaction of teacher’s and student’s experience as a significant interaction objects. Structuring adaptive process in education provided an opportunity to define the dominants, consideration of which will favor optimization of the mentioned process, as well as teacher training system in general.
