Abstract
The article presents a study of the problem of selection criteria for evaluation of the effectiveness of social and functional management of secondary schools. In course of this study, there has been made the analysis of the basic research methods, and introduction of a model of the content and process of social and functional management of a secondary school activity. There have been also outlined the parameters of efficiency of realization of the mentioned above management system. A process map for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the content and process of social and functional management of a secondary school through its components and parameters for evaluation of its implementation. As well, there have been specified variables assessing the implementation of system components, which enable to determine the coefficient of their efficiency.
