Abstract
The following factors of labour-market which define requirements to the specialists have been characterized in this article: an increase in number of flexible forms of employment and appearance of new professions, labour migration of pendulum type, increase in occupational activity period of population as a result of constantly growing lifespan, etc. Dominant qualifications of a modern worker are: professional flexibility and ?soft competence? - administrative abilities, organization of one’s own work, independence, communicability, ability to work in a team, creativity
