DERS DENETİMİNDEKİ UYGULAMA FARKLILIKLARINA İLİŞKİN ÖĞRETMEN GÖRÜŞLERİ (Teachers’ Opinions About The Variance Of Class Supervision Practice)

Abstract
The purpose of this research is for supervisors to detect the opinions of teachers about application differences. Research was done on six primary schools in Düzce and with twelve teachers working for these schools by means of interviews in person in 2013- 2014 school year. Data of the research was collected by means of questions of “standardized open-ended interview”, prepared by the researcher. In the research it was used integrated single cased research design among qualitative research designs. Data was analyzed by means of descriptive method. At the end of the research such positive opinions that application differences prevented teachers from getting monotonous, enabled teachers to be equipped at all points, promoted professional progress, was detected. Besides, such negative opinions as having difficulty in determining priorities and developing behavior in person; implementing personal truths as a result of hesitation resulted in inconsistency of research criteria; that instability of current policy and changes made without functioning casted doubt on supervising; concern, confusion, abusing self-confidence and motivation, indecision, anxiety, decrease in self respect of teachers, and losing confidence and respect toward supervisor, was detected.
