Abstract
The study involved 125 patients with chronic hepatitis C with contraindications to interferon. 62 patients received standard treatment (control group), 63 were given amiksin IC and biciklol (a study group). Patients of the main group established earlier recovery of POL products, normalization of transaminases, improvement of liver fibrosis and to improve the quality of life.
