Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of psychological capital on the employee’s knowledge sharing, job satisfaction, performance, intent to leave the job and, innovative behaviour. A field study was conducted on the employees of a bank, analysed and interpreted. As a result of the analysis made, important findings have been obtained in connection with the related variables. The result indicate that psychological capital has effect on knowledge sharing, job satisfaction, performance, intent to leave the job and, innovative behaviour. The findings show the importance of psychological capital for both organizations and employees. It is expected that the finding fromthis study will contribute the current literature and future investigations and development of the concept. The findings from this study have also been discussed both theoretically and practically in the result section.
