Abstract
Places conquered by the Ottoman Empire did not interfere with the laws and regulations. Among these, there were also a number of tax items. Tax was collected from the people in the Ottoman Empire under three categories. Traditional taxes (Rüsum-ı Örfiye), was one of these taxes. In this study, information will be given about the traditional taxes.
