Abstract

Ultrasound assisted ecofriendly fast, solvent free and highly efficient method for the synthesis of substituted imidazole analogues has been reported. The method is principal and establishes oxalic acid as a catalyst, giving excellent yields in shooter reaction times these newly synthesized compounds were characterized using spectral techniques like IR and 1H NMR.
