Abstract
The aim of the present investigation was to find out the combined effect of probiotics Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bacillus subtilus on physico chemical parameters of fresh water fish pond. The water parameters such as temperature, pH and ammonia in both the control and experimental pond water were analyzed at the end of 30 and 60 days of culture period. The present results revealed that slight changes were observed in temperature and pH but ammonia level was decreased significantly in experimental pond than the control pond.
