Abstract

The article analyzes the arsenal of verbal and non-verbal means, which are used in the speech to influence the interlocutor, his beliefs in direct communication. It was determined that the speaker is important to know and understand the nature of communication, master the speech as a means of communication, persuasion, knowledge and exposure, methods and means of their implementation must use the culture of communication in different situations and relationships - production, political and moral. It is proved that mastering the art of persuasion and influence assumes, first of all, the formation of high quality skills to inform, explain their ideas, put forward convincing arguments.
