Problem setting.. The article is devoted to the analysis of problem issues of adaptation of national law in the field of intellectual property to the legislation of the European Union. Being a component of the lawmaking system of the European Union the study of problem points of intellectual property of the state has a priority task in the frames of the Euro integration processes. That has substantial importance for member-states of the European Union and countries the law system of which is under harmonization process with the European Union legislation. Harmonization of lawmaking system of intellectual property as a basic component of Euro integration requires studying with full details of lawmaking news, problem issues of rights realization of legal proprietors and mechanisms of their protection. Conclusions and perspectives of development. Nowadays the making of a new model of the right of intellectual property of Ukraine takes one of the leading places in home policy. Perspective of this development provides a large block of reforms in the fields of lawmaking processes of the state as for adaptation of law to the standards of the European Union, documents of expert activity of the right of intellectual property and practical activity as for the acquisition of legal guards by the subjects of the right of intellectual property.
