Abstract

Competence, Competency, Capability, Capacity are few frequently referred terms during any discussion related to Talent, Performance, Potential of individuals. Even though these are quit common among the other functions, it is now noticed among HR professionals too. This papers discuss about the differences and uniqueness among the two terms viz., Competence and Capability.
