Spiritual intelligence is the science of human energy management that clarifies and guides the structure of awareness. The application of this awareness is the key to personal fulfilment and good work performance. Spiritual intelligence practice leads to a more satisfying, effective and productive workplace. Moreover, spiritual intelligence of an individual can be measured and developed. This nature of spiritual intelligence makes it interesting for the HR trainers and management consultants. However, there exists a substantial controversy in the measurement of spiritual intelligence. Hence, in this study based on the review of various measures of spiritual intelligence, it was decided to analyse the Spiritual Intelligence Self Report Inventory (SISRI) developed by King (2008). The scale was originally developed and validated In Canada.
