Abstract
ABSTRACT In today’s world we all suffer a common problem of rapid acceleration and braking of vehicles in traffic. This leads to heel pain and in traffic there is a huge consumption of fuel too, thus a lot of smoke is being released from the vehicles. All these problems can be solved if the acceleration system would be smart enough to execute its function on its own and drive up to the pre-set speed. In order to realize the above idea, we use a micro-electromechanical system, which is coupled with an automobile’s Engine Control Unit, thus providing a precise control over acceleration and fuel consumption. For the purpose of obtaining gyroscopic readings an experiment was conducted and the readings were tabulated. An electronic circuit was designed to execute the above hypothetical idea.
