ŞERH-İ CEZİRE-İ MESNEVİ’SİNDEN HAREKETLE ABDÜLMECİD SİVASÎ’NİN DİVANINDA BULUNMAYAN TÜRKÇE ŞİİRLERİ / FROM THE POINT OF HIS ŞERH-I CEZIRE-I MATHNAWI THE TURKISH POEMS NOT BEING IN DIWAN OF ABDULMECID SIVASÎ

Although Abdulmecid Sivasî wrote a lot of books he is an important person whose value wasn’t understood in Turkish Literature. Sivasî, is second commentator of Cezire-i Mathnawi and expouded this text more comprehensive than İlmi Dede’s. This case is understood thorougly with Sivasî’s works not being the subject of any study yet. Turkish poems in Sivasî’s Şerh-i Cezire-i Mathnawi which is the subject of our phd dissertation was compared with peoms in his Diwan. Thus it was determined that all poems but two weren’t in Divan. In this study, primarily Abdulmecid Sivasî was introduced. Then in spite of their absence in his Divan, Turkish poems in Şerh-i Cezire-i Mathnawi were indicated. And 30 poems including in 7 mathnawis and 2 eulogies and 3 ghazels and 4 stanzas and 3 verses and 11 couplets are promulgated with transcription.
