Abstract
The Interrogation is one of most important procedures for the preliminary investigation? which aims to search for evidence collected; whereby it goes directly to the prosecutor accused himself to memorize the truth from his point of view. And which may be made available to the accused to defend himself in order to refute the evidence of suspicions against him? or get his confession to the crime. On the other hand? interrogation? is a serious Procedure serious on the defense of the accused; since it may influence the will and freedom of the accused to defend himself? which may lead to getting the evidence which Mr recognition. Moreover? interrogation could be connected to using the means of coercion "material and moral" different direction of the defendant in order to obtain recognition. This requires further study through research in the general provisions of the questioning and the recognition of that? and looking for ways to influence the freedom of the accused morally "moral coercion"? then in the mass effect on the freedom of the accused physically "physical coercion.
