STABILITY OF SHELLS UNDER PULSE OF EXTERNAL PRESSURE

On the basis of mathematical model proposed by the authors [1], the problem of stability of a thin circular cylindrical shell under the action of external pressure pulse was solved. The formula that defines the relationship between the intensity of the load and the initial conditions of the problem was identified. The authors of the work got numerical results.
