Today's labor market is an indicator of national welfare, stability and economic development of the country. Direct dependence of the labor market state and the prospects for its development on the overall situation in the economy is evident, because it is an important subsystem of the economy. Demographic problems, increased migration, the flow of refugees from the Ukraine, the creation of economic integration and political unification of the alliance, and more reveal significant deformation of the Russian labor market trends, opposing world ones.
