Abstract
Juvenile delinquency over the years is an absolute problem, not only for the Russian state, but also for many foreign countries. Particular concern is the increase in crime and the severity of the crimes committed by juveniles. Prevention and Control of Crime is at the forefront of policy of any state. Analysis of the results conducted by researchers, and own observations, allowed to present some suggestions based on the theory and practical work of the author.
