Abstract
Decrease of operational stress in the preoperative period and ensuring of adequate anesthesia are in one of the most important and insufficiently studied sections of Endocrinology. The surgical treatment of patients with
thyroid disease is an urgent problem. The technique for prolonged sedation as an additional protection of the body of patients from the surgical aggression caused by operational giperstressa, which includes the use of a sedative drug (sibazonum) and neuroleptics (droperidol) having a polyfunctional sedative effect in patients with pathology of the thyroid gland also presented in by the authors. The effectiveness of the proposed method is based on the study of hemodynamic parameters in the preoperative period.
