Abstract
HIV-infected drug users are observed to have increased morbidity and mortality compared with HIV-infected patients who do not use them. A clinical and social study counducted among patients who use alcohol and drugs and are registered at the center for AIDS, proposed to optimize the management of patients in order to improve their social status and quality of life in society.
