Abstract
Abstract Malignant fibrous histiocytoma, a type of sarcoma, is a malignant neoplasm of uncertain originthat arises both in soft tissue and bone. Here we report a case of Malignant Fibrous Histiocytosis (MFH) of upper end of left humerus . Even though there are many cases of MFH reported in the bone, the incidence in upper end of humerus is rare. Histopathological examination many of the times is not conclusive, as it is considered as a diagnosis of exclusion of sarcoma, which cannot be more precisely categorized.
