The Level of Organizational Culture at the Public High School Principals in Riyadh and its Relationship to Job Satisfaction for Teachers

Abstract
The study aims to identify the level of organizational culture among managers government of secondary schools in Riyadh and its relationship to job satisfaction for teachers . The study uses a descriptive approach through the distribution of a questionnaire on organizational culture among public high school principals in Riyadh, and a measure of job satisfaction for teachers . The study sample consisted of two categories : all public high school principals in school districts ( North , Central, West , East) in the city of Riyadh and numbered ( 228 ) director. The second category of Vtkont parameters in secondary public schools in the same school districts amounted to sample parameters ( 380 ) parameter. The study was implemented in the first semester of the year 2013/2014. The study found the follow ing results :Results of the study showed that the estimate of total score for the level of organizational culture in government secondary schools from the perspective of school principals was low as the arithmetic average of the total areas of ( 2.61 ) and standard deviation ( 1.17 ). For three areas on the medium estimate of the level of organizational culture in government secondary schools from the viewpoint of a school principals (expectations, norms , and values) while his room (philosophy and beliefs) on the low estimates of the level of the organizational culture . Results of the study showed that the degree of job satisfaction among public high school teachers were intermediate. The results showed a lack of statistically significant differences between the averages for the level of organizational culture prevailing in government secondary schools due to the variable experience and qualification. The existence of a correlation between the level of organizational characteristics of public school administrators and teachers' job satisfaction.
