Abstract
This study sheds light on the vitae of a linguist called Abu-Musa AL-Hamid and his opinions in Arabic language. There is no special study about the writings or opinions of Abu- Musa because some of them were lost and others still not studied. So, the aim of this study is to show the efforts of this linguist in different branches of Arabic. The study found that Abu-Musa had important opinions in Arabic levels such as morphology but most of his work was in lexicography.
