Abstract

This research aims to explore the meaning of 'intentionality' and 'acceptability' in the place of the two pillars of the nominal sentence in the Al Jahedh Letters. The research focuses on his 'Resalat al ma'aad wal ma'aash' Letter as a model for the research. The research reviews the states of 'anastrophe' ? a turning back or about where the syntactically correct order of subject? verb? and object may be changed ? for the subject (Al-Mob’tada’) and the predicate (AlKhabar) obligatorily or unnecessarily bearing in mind the importance of clarifying the intended meaning of the speaker and its impact on the structure as well as the impact of 'acceptability' in the consistency of the position or in the mobility of the positions of speech in the sentence as per what is permitted by the logic of the language and the speaking traditions of Arabs. The research concludes that the intended meaning of the speaker as well as the acceptability of the receiver have the most significant influence on the formation of the linguistic structure. Further? their harmony is a significant factor in achieving distinguished stylistic intentions that are represented in the production of certain intentions for multiple purposes? such as; among other purposes? exception? attention and specification.
