Abstract
On the assumption of the idea of light (as meant in Celestial uncreated energy) in the oeuvre of Glinka’s precursors and, especially, in Derzhavin’s works, the author comes to a conclusion about a qualitatively new interpenetration of this concept in Glinka’s poetry.
