Abstract

The article deals with the partition process of the Black Sea Fleet of the USSR, the solution of the issue on the status of Sevastopol, the lease term of military base in the Crimea for Russia, conditions of the political treaty between Russia and Ukraine signed in 1997 and consequences of these decisions nowadays.
