Distance selling was included strongly into our life, it was entrenched and nowadays it is gaining momentum. The advent of the Internet has caused the change of a business dealing method indicated as distance selling. There was a need to investigate positive and negative tendencies of this business type. The key positions of trade by means of the Internet are considered in the present article; the need for systematization and reaching new frontiers of effective work of distance selling are revealed.
