Abstract
The main approaches to definition of the concept of "organizational culture" are regarded; substantiation and author's definition of this concept is given in the present article. The cause and effect map of organizational culture factors opening the structure and the content of organizational culture is developed. The conceptual model of organizational culture reflecting its systemically important character is offered.
