Abstract
The article presents the object of the study is the process of formation, development and efficient use of personnel of enterprises producing alcohol. The aim of the thesis is proving the theoretical principles, methodical approaches and practical recommendations on the formation, development and efficient use of personnel of enterprises producing alcohol. The system of enterprise personnel development considering its structure and motivational benefits of certain categories of workers has been firstly formed. It is based on the principles of social responsibility and it is structured by the levels of management. It contains signs of impact on the development of enterprise personnel considering its basic strategy and it is implemented in personnel policy and business strategy. Its implementation will support the motivation of enterprise employees to self-development and increasing their competitiveness in the labor market.
