Working of Import Export In Oracle 10g

Oracle 10g is one of the best Relational Database Management System used for managing the database in an effective way. One of the important tasks in database management is to take backup of the data and to restore it in case of database failure. Oracle 10g provides us the facility of import and export utility for doing the same. Import/Export utility is used to store data to and from the Oracle database. In this paper we are going to discuss how the data is backed up and restore by using the concept of Import Export utility of Oracle 10g. Oracle 10g has changed the concept of import export. In oracle 10g import export is performed with the help of Oracle Data Pump.
