Abstract
In Romania, Universities now operate in a complex and extremely dynamic environment due to strong economic and social changes. This paper deals with significant aspects of the process of university management. It is critical to be able to visualize what is going on in your IT infrastructure and implement solutions that not only monitor, but deliver proactive management capabilities. This new era requires a new breed of software, service and support solutions. Today we are witnessing to an increase in the role of universities in civil society and international trends reveals the opening of universities to the alternative offered by new technologies. In the given context, improving the teaching process can not be conceived without a computerization as much as possible and aligned with the European higher education area. SIMUR introduce to partner universities a ultramodern digital display system based to latest video signage technologies.
