INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO THE TEACHING AS THE NECESSAR CONDITION OF EFFICIENCY OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN THE SPHERE OF ECONOMY AND FINANCE

In this article the possibilities of the effective education system construction are defined, especially in the sphere of the economy and finance, on the basis of use of an innovative combination of the classical economic theories and behavioral theories, considering the psychological factors which were earlier ignored by economic science and educational technologies. The purposes of the teaching process caused by the difficult, constantly changing, as a rule, adverse external conditions are determined, the sense of the classical educational formula "know ? understand ? be able" is specified.
